ETHICS & REPORTING
Last Updated: April 25, 2026
1. Our Commitment
Beauty Express Group is committed to conducting business with integrity, transparency, accountability and respect for all individuals.
We expect our directors, employees, contractors, suppliers, brand partners, service providers and other stakeholders to act ethically, comply with applicable laws and uphold high standards of conduct.
2. What Can Be Reported
We encourage employees, partners, suppliers, customers and other stakeholders to report concerns in good faith, including suspected unethical behaviour, misconduct, legal or policy violations, fraud, theft, bribery, conflicts of interest, harassment, discrimination, retaliation, unsafe practices, product safety concerns, privacy or cybersecurity incidents, misuse of confidential information, supplier misconduct or other serious concerns.
This reporting channel is not a substitute for emergency services. If there is immediate danger to life, health or property, please contact local emergency services first. Customer service issues such as ordinary product enquiries, delivery or refunds should normally be directed to customer service unless they involve misconduct, safety, fraud, privacy or another serious concern.
3. How to Report
To submit a report or raise a concern, please contact us at hq@bexgrp.com.
Please provide as much factual information as possible, including what happened, when and where it happened, who was involved, any witnesses, supporting documents, screenshots, transaction records and any immediate risk.
You may provide your name and contact details so that we can follow up. If anonymous reporting is made available through a separate channel, we will provide details on the website.
4. Confidentiality and Privacy
We will treat reports with care and sensitivity. Information will be shared only with people who need to know in order to assess, investigate, resolve, monitor or report the concern, or where disclosure is required or permitted by law.
We may need to share information with group companies, legal advisers, auditors, investigators, insurers, regulators, law enforcement, courts or other parties where necessary and lawful.
Personal information provided in connection with a report will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
5. Investigation and Follow-Up
We will assess reports and determine appropriate next steps. Depending on the concern, this may include review of records, interviews, evidence preservation, legal review, corrective action, disciplinary action, supplier action, control improvements or notification to authorities where required.
We aim to handle investigations fairly, objectively and without conflicts of interest. Where possible, we may provide status updates to the reporting person, but we may not be able to disclose confidential, personal, disciplinary, privileged or legally restricted information.
6. Non-Retaliation
BXG strictly prohibits retaliation against anyone who raises a concern in good faith, assists an investigation, refuses to participate in misconduct or exercises legal rights.
Retaliation may include dismissal, demotion, threats, harassment, discrimination, reduced hours, negative assignments, supplier blacklisting or other adverse treatment because of a report or participation in an investigation.
Anyone who retaliates may be subject to disciplinary action, termination of contract, removal from supplier lists or other appropriate consequences.
7. False or Malicious Reports
Good-faith reports are protected even if the concern is not substantiated. However, knowingly false, malicious or bad-faith reports may result in disciplinary or legal consequences.
